CODE OF CONDUCT  MANAGERS AND COACHES 
All managers and coaches must observe the principles of fair play and respect all others involved in the game including players, parents, spectators and all officials. A manager or coach should: 
1. Make every effort to improve one’s own ability in terms of knowledge, technique, Teaching skills and fitness. 
2. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of each and every person and treat such equally within the context of the sport. 
3. Place the wellbeing and safety of each player above all other considerations, including the development of performance. 
4. Adhere to the guidelines laid down by the governing bodies.  5. Develop an appropriate working relationship with each player based on mutual trust and respect. 
6. Not to exert undue influence to obtain personal benefit or reward. 
7. Encourage and guide players to accept responsibility for their own behavior and performance. 
8. Ensure that the activities they direct or advocate are appropriate for the age, maturity, experience and ability of players. 
9. At the outset, clarify with the players (and where appropriate, parent) exactly what is expected of them and also what they are entitled to expect from their manager or coach. 
10. Cooperate fully with other specialists (e.g other managers and coaches, officials, sports scientists. Doctors, physiotherapists) in the best interests of the player. 
11. Always promote the positive aspects of the sport and never condone violations of the Laws of the Game, behavior contrary to the spirit of the Laws of the Game or relevant rules and regulations or the use of prohibited substances or techniques. 
12. Consistently display high standards of behavior and appearance. 
13. Never use or tolerate inappropriate language.

CODE OF CONDUCT  PLAYERS

All players must observe the principles of fair play and respect all others involved in the game including other players, parents, spectators and all officials.  A player should: 
1. Make every effort to improve one’s own ability in terms of skill, technique and fitness. 
2. Always give maximum effort and strive for the best possible performance in a game.
3. Set a positive example for others and never use inappropriate language. 
4. Make every effort consistent with fair play and the laws of the game to help one’s own team win. 
5. Know and abide by the laws, rules and spirit of the game and competition rules. 
6. Accept victory and defeat equally. 
7. Treat opponents with respect at all times, irrespective of the result of the game. 
8. Safeguard to physical wellbeing of opponents and oneself by avoiding violent play or conduct of any sort. 
9. Accept the decision of the match officials without protest. 
10. Show due respect towards match officials and avoid words or actions that may mislead them. 
11. Abide by the instructions of their coach and team officials provided that they do not contradict the spirit of this code. 
12. Show due respect for the to the interests of all team officials and spectators.
