Sport at Farnborough has a strong and illustrious history based upon Rugby Union success. Farnborough Falcons RL are celebrate their first full season in competition and have already grown into a popular club in both Rushmoor Borough, Hampshire County and within our wider catchment area. The Club offers weekly training and scheduled fixtures throughout the Summer at both a competitive and social level. 
The club completed its initial successful entry into the London Youth League finishing 3rd in 2006. Due to its success they were asked to join the Southern Conference League. 
2007 saw a fantastic season during which Falcons won the Co-Operative sponsored Southern Conference League and reached the Quarter Finals of the National Club Competition. We also formed an associate arrangement with Farnborough Rugby Club which enhanced our training and social facilities.
The coming 2008 season sees Falcons aspirations grow still further with entry into the Premier League where they will surely face the stiffest competition of their brief history. The formation of an U13/14 Youth side and their entry into the London Merit league will start the succession process, and bring in new players from our catchment area.
The Club has already setup a close link with professional club Harlequins RL, and with the Celtic Nations having already had three players named for representation in the National sides of Wales and Ireland.

Unique selling points of the club include

1  The season is structured with fixtures against other clubs in the League with an opportunity to go further with National playoffs and Cup games. The matches will be reported in the local press and with the occasional submission to Rugby League Express.

2  A broad range of personalities in the club who have a strong presence in the club and around the Rushmoor Borough and are always proud to wear sponsored 'stash' and attend training, match and social events

3  The First Dual-code club in Hampshire, offering excellent training and coaching facilities for both codes.

4  Sponsorship of match kit (front of shirt and shorts), which will be seen by club opponents and supporters, throughout London and surrounding areas. We have a clothing range organized which will feature our sponsor. This will be worn by all players and the management team, worn as casual wear and seen by many.

5  Sponsoring the club will be an opportunity for the in depth advertisement of your company in the match day programmes and a link on the club website with our subscribed newsletter, distributed amongst friends, family and supporters of the club.

The club requires sponsorship to help with the running costs. 
These include match and training kit, transport to away games, providing post match food to visiting teams and funds to help the development of the sport in and around Farnborough, Rushmoor and our wider catchment area. 
As we are a relatively new club entering a high profile league that consists of teams with good knowledge of the game, we have decided to target a range of sponsors for the season. 
We are offering different packages for your company to develop its corporate awareness and graduate recruitment amongst the club and supporters of the club. To cover these costs and enable the club to fulfil all of its ambitions for the 2008 season, we are looking for a total sum of around £6,000.
